What this website collects.

The contact form collects your name, work email, institution, role, and the message you write. Nothing else is collected, and no account is created.

The SALVEA demonstration form collects the same contact details plus an optional phone number, your region, the unit or service line in scope, and the deployment and network details you choose to give us: starting scope, clinical information system, network placement, identity integration, on-premises compute capacity, data residency requirement, devices to integrate, and any notes. Every field beyond your name, email, and institution is optional.

Please do not include patient information in any inquiry. If a submission contains patient information, we delete it.

We use it for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and arrange a technical briefing. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile it, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Contact and SALVEA demonstration submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission and are then deleted. A scheduled routine removes older submissions automatically. Where a conversation continues, ongoing correspondence is handled by email under our normal business records practices.

Website contact and demonstration-request submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the United States (Oregon region), whether the request comes from Canada or the United States. Our hosting platform does not currently offer Canadian region selection for this website's database, so we state it plainly rather than imply otherwise.

This applies to website inquiries only. It is separate from our products, whose clinical processing runs on premises inside the institution, in its own country, with no data egress.

We use cookieless, anonymous page analytics. No cookies are set, no advertising or cross-site identifiers are used, and no individual visitor is profiled or tracked between sites.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have submitted, email info@criticalinsights.ai. We will confirm the request and act on it promptly.

This website's handling of inquiries is designed to align with the privacy law that applies to the visitor: PIPEDA in Canada, and applicable federal and state privacy law in the United States. We describe our practices as designed to align with applicable privacy law; we do not claim certification or approval under it.
